If you are a NEW resident of the Villages of Urbana and have already moved in and would like a login to the private area, please complete this form and click Submit at the bottom. It will then be sent to Community Association Services for verification against sales and county records. If you have already settled on your property, they can verify and will process your request. Please use the following format to enter your name and street. ex: John Smith, 1999 Sugarloaf Parkway. No nicknames or partial names, full address along with your home phone is required in case we have trouble setting up your account. The lead time for completion is two weeks. If you haven't settled on your property yet, we cannot give you a login and password.
